Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Hire Period
The hire period begins on the agreed delivery date and ends when the equipment is collected or returned.
2. Payment
• Full payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Hire extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection of the equipment.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days
4. Delivery & Collection
• Delivery and collection fees apply unless otherwise stated.
• The customer must provide safe access for delivery and collection.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
• Use the equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Provide a suitable electrical supply.
• Keep the equipment secure and protected from damage.
• Not modify, repair, or relocate the equipment without approval.
6. Damage, Loss, or Theft
The customer is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement resulting from damage, loss, theft, misuse, or negligence during the hire period.
7. Breakdown
Normal mechanical breakdowns will be attended to as soon as reasonably possible. No liability is accepted for consequential losses resulting from
equipment failure.
8. Cancellation
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before delivery: Full refund.
• Cancellations within less than 24hours: Cancellation fee of $150.00
9. Liability
The hire company’s liability is limited to the hire charges paid by the customer and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
10. Acceptance
By accepting delivery or making payment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
